This place doesn't deserve one star. If they put as much effort into sales and customer service as they went out of their way to ignore me, then they would be successful. When I was approached they were INCREDIBLY RUDE!! Unbelievably RUDE!! Getting answers to simple questions was like pulling teeth. Most of the time, they were clueless.They were irritated by my mere presence in the store. They were rude until the moment I left. I need to purchase hardware and interior/exterior doors for 3 homes but after this experience I will be shopping elsewhere. Money is not a factor. I will make certain family

I can’t believe I have to write this review. I am SO frustrated with this place!!! I’ve been in my home for not even a year and the 1st thing I wanted to replace was the original 1986 sliding door. Instead of a sliding door I wanted atrium/French doors with a screen. Doesn’t seem too complicated. I’ve seen stuff like this all over. Chris comes out and measures for our new door. I decide to go with Scottsdale Building supply because I want to make sure it fits well and there aren’t any hiccups in the process.
