Contacted this vendor on multiple occasions to speak with Chris in regards to getting a quote for a custom sign fabrication was told on multiple occasions he’s never in the office and to send an email to his Gmail account. Called back to the office to asked to speak with him and was told he’s never in the office and if I’m going to have an attitude and they don’t want our business.
I don’t think it’s an issue that they don’t want our business I think it’s an issue that they have follow-up problems and clearly customer service issues so probably don’t want to do business with

I subbed a job out to MJ Signs and the permitting process and the installation was great. They made the permit process fairly easy considering the code there was difficult. The install seems to have gone off without a hitch. However, Communication was the worst I have ever dealt with. I couldn't get Chris to answer emails for anything. I could never get a solid install date to tell my client. I kept being told "We are going to try to do it today" then wouldn't hear anything until I would eventually be forced to call and Stephan would update me.
