Critical: Professionalism, Quality
I had a generally negative experience with Print Time, from the quality of work that they produced to the customer service. They have a good sales pitch and booklet of example work to look through, but unfortunately the actual work that they produce as well as their ability to communicate with customers is overall disappointing.

I'm so glad I found such a great print place. Both times I have ordered, I have chosen not to require a proof because that's how much I trust them! We initially used Print Time and had great results! They printed professionally, even in the last minute. Unfortunately, in the last year (2013-14) we've had very poor service from them. They've printed poor quality - even when reprinting a piece they had gotten right before - and they have lost emails, forgotten phone calls, and just generally been poor communicators. In one case, we found ourselves trimming pieces they printed because of an error they made in folding. (They accidentally added 1/4 of an inch from the top of our finished document.) We've finally given up on them. I've got to have
