The Downtown Detail will drastically improve the overall appearance and long-term protection of your vehicle. We begin by carefully hand washing your car with industry-leading products, which ensures no additional scratching or left-over swirl marks. The doors, hood, trunk jambs, and wheel wells are washed in this process.
Soneff's Master Garage got its start in 1965 in Downtown Denver after John Soneff purchased what is now known as the Denver Tramway Building. SMG was originally a storage garage with a small mechanical area located on the main floor. Denver Urban Renewal decided it was best to tear down this historic building, forcing SMG to relocate to 1750 Welton Street.

Ervin and Jay were wonderful to work with and always kept me posted on the progress of my 1969 Firebird. The work was completed in a timely manner and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in the Denver area. I would also like to add the professionalism of the front desk receptionist (I forgot her name). She was always very sweet and provided great customer service.

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart!!! I roller skated in today behind a wheelchair desperate for help. I was greeted and taken care of right away. I couldn’t get a nut loose to tighten the chain on my bosses wheelchair. Not only did he loosen the nut, but he tightened the chain and actually listened to me when I spoke to him. Usually I… get treated like a stupid girl. While the guy was getting a tool, another worker asked if we had been taken care of. Bought a 1968 Barracuda from Jay. Not only was Jay honest about the car i made a great Friend. Jay is very Knowledgeable about classic cars.
Jay was kind enough to clear his very busy schedule to give us a first class tour of his operation. Met a lot of his staff during the tour.
If you love cars like I do Jay has lots . I thought I was in a candy store.
When we were on the tour we seen many cars in various stages of restoration. I was impressed by the quality of work they do.
I am planning another trip to see Jay and his cars.
i have had lots of complements on the car i bought.

Have a 1969 Corvette with an electrical problem that caused intermittent non-starting of the car. Took a few hours to trouble shoot and repair, but Soneff's solved the issue. Hats off to Irvin for this work. Also, Jason was able to remove a scratch on my Audi within 30 minutes. Did not expect him to be able to work on the scratch when I just stopped by earlier this week, but he fit it in. Very professional and courteous crew at Soneffs. Very customer-focused.

Where do I start with these guys!! I purchased a 1974 International Scout from a vintage auto place in Denver but live in Kentucky. Soneff's was recommended to me for an inspection of the vehicle and repairs. Jay went out and looked at it and then rushed it to his garage as I was flying out to drive it before shipping it home to KY. Once is was back at Soneff's is were the best experience I have ever had with a Garage started!! Dave was the head mechanic that took over, he took the time to advise me the things that needed done, the things that could be fixed later and always stayed in contact with

#1 car mechanic I have ever been to! 5-star customer service with extremely high quality repair work at a reasonable price. They have worked on my Ford Focus a couple of times to work on my exhaust and suspension system as well as basic maintenance. After every visit they step through the repairs that were made and they always put in better parts than were originally in the car. Dave and his team are the experts when it comes to automotive repair and I appreciate their honest communication!

Terrible customer service. I called 3 times over 2 days just to try and make an appointment. I was told Dave would call me right back. Never got the call back. If I get treated this way this way for something as simple as trying to make an appointment, I sure am glad I didn't leave my car here. Here's a pointer... If you are too busy, simply say "we cant take appointments right now"
Edit: Similar to my phone call the review response is 4 month later. The phone call resolved that you DO NOT service Audi when you clearly advertise that you do. I would suggest you don't waste peoples time.

Took them my 1970 Bronco after wrecking it on black ice. They put it back together and restored some other things I wanted done (including a new paint job and adding vintage AC). I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Their work was fantastic--everything done to the highest quality. They were friendly, responsive, and honest. Gave me options for everything done and didn't pressure me on any point. Pricing was excellent as well. Jay was awesome to work with. Just a great experience start to finish.

I don't normally write reviews but I had to make an exception for this crew. I showed up to work and had an awful leak and they let me bring in my car right away (they are only a few blocks from my office). Within an hour they were able to tell me what was going on (front axle leak) and an estimate for parts and labor. They ended up having to keep my car overnight and had my car ready early the next day. Dave even fixed up my grill for me at no additional cost, and my car was returned vacuumed and washed. Shannon at the front desk was also super nice! I'll be back there for sure :)

I want to start this review by saying that I don't trust a lot of mechanics and for me to give a 5 star rating to one is very very rare. I came to Soneff's with a serious rust problem on the underbody of my 2001 Toyota 4Runner (we're talking almost everything under there was rusted. PSA: please make sure you clean off any salt, etc. from under your car in the winter!). Shannon was super helpful in getting me on the schedule and making sure I was always in the know. If money is no issue, this is the place for you! However, I think for most of us, we need a fair price for a fair job. They are arrogant, insulting and seemingly oblivious to the idea that they are working on cars, not solving the worlds problems. It doesn't have to be so dramatic and so expensive. A simple repair turns into a long drawn out process because they see an opportunity.

Another nearby garage couldn't get me in for several days for an oil change and tuneup, but I drove by Soneff's and decided to take a chance. They sell and maintenance classic cars and I have a very ordinary Toyota, but Dustin and Jay (the managers) happily agreed to take care of it for me the same day. The price was more than I am used to paying for an oil change and tuneup, but the service and outcome was excellent - they topped off all liquids, replaced the air filter, did a complete diagnostic checkup, fixed a check-engine issue and removed the "maintenance required" indicator
