Our design process follows six milestones that all center around open communication. Your design journey with CRD will begin with a Design Programming Meeting in your home, which is our opportunity to learn more about your goals, take measurements of your home, and gather ideas. This is followed by a Schematic Design Meeting, where your designer will get your feedback on some initial floor plans or design directions.

I cannot speak highly enough about CRD. From the design phase to the finished product, the team was on time, professional, communicative, and had absolutely perfect execution of our kitchen remodel and redesign of the whole main floor of our home. We loved working with Megan as our designer- she totally got us and our design aesthetic. the computer program they used at the time really helped us envision what the space would look like since we were tearing down walls (with 3D virtual reality even!). The CRD team was very collaborative, work was completed on time and with quality. Our lead carpenter (Darryl) was amazing and a stellar craftsman. Our house was transformed from a Ballard bungalow to a mid-century inspired oasis with custom details, all without changing the footprint. CRD went the extra mile throughout the process to ensure work was completed correctly and on time, they were particularly supportive throughout the appraisal and lending process. Thanks for helping us make our vision a reality, we love our new home!

This company is out standing. They did a truly amazing job on our DADU. Very detailed oriented great communication from start to finish. Wether you are looking for a small project or a total house Reno this is the company to go with. I can't say enough about this establishment . CRD's Design-Build Team re-invented our 1950's kitchen and finished part of our basement to create an entirely new living space and bathroom/ laundry room. We were impressed with Denny's team from the start. After spending just an hour in our space he was able to offer ideas and options we couldn't have imagined on our own. The design process was exciting and collaborative. Our designer, Leslie, took care to understand our aesthetics first and then build on them, shaping the result to fit the style of our home. We appreciated the detailed project timeline and that they did their best to stay on
