The Francis Investment Group was initially launched from an Entertainment Business Management Company seeking long term investments for its clientele. The Francis Investment Group now consists of five separate cooperating companies, each providing a specific skill set to its dedicated client group.

All of our properties are managed in-house by Francis Property Management, which enhances each investment property in order to maximize investor equity. Most syndicators try to get the most out of a property as quickly as possible, often leading to deferred maintenance, minimal capital improvements and the implementation of imprudent policies to boost occupancy.

They don’t care about the health or welfare of their tenants. See Sutton Place review for reference. Travis is the worst.
Management has declined. In the midst of COVID they've decided to do an update. There's no windows or ventilation. I work from home. Construction goes on from Monday through Saturday with the management admitting to working on holidays. I'm unable to breathe in the hallways due to lack of ventilation and the abundance of stranger sweat, non-masked strangers, and chemicals used for construction. I end up paying $1500 to get an air bnb to work and live in for 10 days. It's

I have had the privilege of seeing the lack of compassion from Francis Property Management. The Monte Cristo Apartments have been the victim of several car break-ins including my girlfriends car. What is to stop someone from breaking into my apartment? Their courtesy officer is only their to “lock the pool”. Why are we paying him? Police officers… may come around once, maybe twice a week. All they do is just drive through and leave. I filed a police report, let the front office know. I told them that I no longer feel safe living their and would like to request an early termination

I love this company and its employees, they offer amazing customer service to the residents, as well as the team members on site. As a former resident, I loved living at their community, well taken care of and quick service. As a former employee, I have not found a better company to work for. Highly recommended to anyone!
