I don’t know how you are a company still. Rude staff, no communication, and the owners REFUSE to pay bills on time. Not to mention the rude front desk lady. Don’t waste your time.

Not paying subcontractors seems to be a problem for VSG. I finally got paid after just under 24 weeks and that took a lot of pestering. And they still shorted me a portion of the late fees. I was told early on the owner had to OK the payment, but that they couldn't pay right then anyway as they had payroll coming up. My small business should not have to be the bank for a company as large as they are. One star is one to many!

Called 10 different stores for high voltage cable for neon signs and none of them even had a clue. these guys knew what I wanted instantly and gave me 15ft for a very fair price. great folks

Called to file a complaint and when my call was returned the lady on the phone wouldn't listen to my side of the story. They took whatever story the driver told them, I'm sure he didn't tell his own employer that he sped up to not let me in until I ran out of road. Him having a big truck isn't an excuse to see that the roads are merging together and speed up just enough to where there isn't enough space for merging over, especially since I was already almost in front of him except my back end.

Vancouver Sign made our monument signs 23 years ago, and we need some repairs now due to the vandalism. They were great in customer services.
