Janet knows her taxes! She gives great advice for maximizing deductions and helping plan ahead for each tax year. She is responsive with answers to all my questions and always explains everything regarding insurance and taxes.

I will NEVER go back to bell mutual to get my taxes done. First of all I filed my taxes early in the season and it took 3 months to find out I was missing a form. Then took another 2 weeks to get that for in, as I was trusting that they would handle it best. And over 3 times I was told they would call me back with information and never did. On top of all this, keep in mind I’m a college student with no real knowledge on how to do my taxes and this is my first time filing alone, it cost me 250 to get my taxes (as simple as they get) done in that long period of time.
