Services
We provide death and disability planning for moderately wealthy individuals and families, serving U.S. citizens, foreign nationals, and international clients. We welcome families in transition, especially adults helping their parents or other relatives. Services include the writing of wills, trusts, and ancillary documents, and the coordination of gifts, beneficiary designations, and account agreements.
We are estate planners, assisting clients with the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, medical directives, and living trusts. For select clients, we also prepare limited partnerships and trusts as part of a tax-planned gifting strategy. With your help, we can replace concern with confidence and anxiety with action.
We represent trustees and beneficiaries in trust interpretation, administration, and enforcement. Trustees are subject to the most exacting code of conduct known to the law: the fiduciary standard. The trust instrument and the Texas Trust Code may impose additional or different requirements. We help our clients, whether trustees or beneficiaries, understand and implement or enforce those requirements.
