Services
Chapter 7 bankruptcy, also known as "liquidation bankruptcy", offers immediate debt relief and stops all collection efforts by creditors, including their harassing calls and collection letters. It wipes the slate clean for most unsecured debt, like credit cards, medical bills and judgements, while still allowing debtors to keep exempt property, giving them the fresh financial start, they desire and need.
Sometimes known as the wage earners bankruptcy, Chapter 13 bankruptcy allows debtors with enough income to repay part or all of their unsecured debt over time and keep valuable assets like their home or their car. Debtors choose their own repayment plan with the approval of the court, with most plans set for a period of five years, although some can be completed in as little as three.
Bankruptcy can be a confusing topic, so starting with the basics we try to answer the most common questions about the Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy process. We offer a free, no obligation case review to determine if you qualify for bankruptcy. Through this process we will examine the benefits bankruptcy has to offer, and any potential burdens you should be aware of.

I was referred to this Law firm through a service called UpRight Legal; but in my case I was not made aware upfront (financial analysis) of whether I was viable for these services. Long story short, I was charged most of the funds I initially put down for a case that was never filed, even though I was informed by UpRight beforehand to ask if this firm could provide an alternate service (debt negotiation) I was inquiring about. I could not recommend this firm in earnest for bankruptcy based on their billable hours of $395/hr. For students I'd recommend you contact your creditor directly, or
