Layne's Family Pharmacy was founded in 2001 by fraternal twin brothers, Keith and Kevin Layne. Both brothers graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Pharmacy. Our comprehensive pharmacy is in a 24,000 square foot building showcasing cutting-edge technology, such as wireless communication, a robotic pharmacist and the second largest compounding lab on the east coast for a privately owned pharmacy.
Layne's Delivery service runs twice daily Monday through Friday and once on Saturday. For same day delivery, please request your prescriptions by 2:00pm Monday through Friday and by 11:00am on Saturday. Our sister company, LayneCare, redefines what it means to be a leading direct fulfillment pharmacy and home medical equipment provider.

My experience was not so great. Everywhere was out of stock on pain meds, a friend had just got out of surgery and someone told me to try here. I called and the lady who answered was very rude, they evidently have a lot of people coming there for pain meds. She only assumed she knew what type of people we were. She said we're not taking any new patients with pain meds. If you have not had prescriptions filled here before we can't take you, i tried to ask another question and THEN, she hung up on me!!
I was livid. I had never heard of a pharmacy turning down a prescription before. I called back

Stunningly Incompetent. This place is incredibly disorganized. If their business practices are this bad, I don’t trust them with medication. We normally use a different pharmacy, but my husband needed to find a compounding pharmacy, so he decided to try this place just recently. He was told over the phone on Saturday that the prescription was ready to pick up. Called on Monday, and it was if they had not heard of this prescription. He was told the prescription would

Experiences here have been less than desirable with the excessively rude staff. They were rude on the phone and in the store. Even refusing to do the basics of their job of talking to the insurance company on their screw up. Will never use this store again as there are numerous other pharmacies within a mile.

My brother whom just got out of the hospital was given a prescription that was not his and had been taking it for 2 days. Me and my father had noticed him acting very different. He had showed up at my house at 3:30 in the morning. He was pacing the floors, at a very fast pace, he was sweating uncontrollably and he wasn't making any since and he was paranoid . I called my dad very upset telling him we gotta take him back to the hospital bc he was worse than he was before. Well my dad assured me, we just needed
