My husband is a commercial real estate broker in the Denver area. He has used this company for years. In recent times, they have not only failed to do the job right, they have also cost his clients money by not following explicit installation directions and busting through irrigation piping. When confronted with this, they quickly deflected and said “it says right on their website they’re not responsible for something like this”. I have been an RMD client for almost 20 years and have had never been treated with such disrespect and clear lack of accountability. Not sure when Jay and his people came to RMD but it is really sad when a company not only does something without doing any due diligence but then charges you to clean up their error. I will be picking my signs up and moving on. If you’re looking for customer service and need signage, please skip this company.

These people REALLY need to work on their customer service. VERY DISAPPOINTED with my last two experiences with them. The lost my signs in inventory after paying them $50 to pick it up. I went to pick up and drop off my sign most recently and they acted offended and rude towards me for wanting to drop off my own sign and save myself $50 and them possibly loosing my sign again. Instead of understanding and politely apologizing, they seemed put off and very rude.

I've been a customer for over 20 years and remember the old location well. It took me several years to get into the Valet mindset but once I did I never installed another sign on my own. Valet has always been easy to deal with and mistakes, whether they were my mistake or their's, were easily and quickly handled.

I switched companies and had to buy new signs. I went to RMD because they are local, and their prices are similar to online companies. The customer service here is amazing. They will tell you the best, and cheapest materials you need for all of your signage purchases. They do everything from yard signs, to brochure stands, business card displays, and even those little signs for windows. I love this shop.

Horrible from start to finish. Scheduled an install of a sign on a Tuesday for that Friday, no problem. Friday comes and goes. No sign, no call, no email, no communication on why the installer doesn't show. I finally get ahold of the "owner" Barb on Saturday who's best solution is to write an email to HOPEFULLY get the sign installed on Monday. No apology, no understanding. When I asked her to help me find a solution she said she doesn't watch over her employees to make sure they're doing their jobs. Maybe she should hire somebody to do that then. No accountability and clearly no care for her own

I called and attempted to order a commercial sign through Gene. After several attempts of calls and emails I could never get him to call me back. I have literally tried to give RMD my money and they are too lazy to take it. I then contacted another company to do my signs and stated they have been getting clients calling because RMD won't respond.

I have been using RMD signs for 4 months now and have not been disappointed. I called them yesterday with a complicated valet order and they were so positive and helpful (Huge kudos to Bradley in valet)! They gave me status updates throughout the day, corrected a mistake I had made, and got the multiple signs I needed out today! I have also had several great experiences with Gene in the design department. Would recommend RMD to anyone!

We used RMD for a parking sign that was needed for the company I work for, in our shared parking lot, so customers could know what spaces were designated for which businesses. I received prompt email responses from Christian of RMD, and was very impressed with their proposal, which included both the cost details, and also the graphic design that we desired for our sign. Very professional. Not sure why other reviews were bad??? Will definitely use again for future sign needs!

Don't ever use RMD, They ripped me off for $120! I canceled my valet service in January due to a brokerage change, I sent them a stop notice in writing from my new email account, they responded with this email.

Absolutely ridiculous. Was quoted 24 hours to have the proofs for my real estate signs out to me for approval & a week later still nothing. They just keep giving me the excuse that their really busy. Laughable. As if I can tell my listings "sorry I don't have signs to put in your yard because my sign guys are really busy" Went somewhere else & had my signs 3 days later. This business does not understand the concept of deadlines.

I like how they are open on Saturdays to purchase standard sign equipment. However, their customer service is awful. Slow turnaround times and it's hard to speak to someone in their valet service department. They installed a yard arm without a panel (who does that?) then I had to call multiple times to get this cleared up and then they charged me another trip charge to put the panel on. They don't do much to "make good" with their clients.

The signs are of average to just below average quality. The customer service is absolutely awful. I'm happy paying about $15 a panel more elsewhere and not have a constant argument to get my signs (and I can have them in a day or two, rather than 1 to 2 weeks like this place).
My last order they have either destroyed or lost and of course aren't willing to replace it or refund me either. They do require payment in advance so you're pretty much out of luck if there is a service or quality.
Needless to say, I'll be staying away in the future.

I have ordered signs through RMD in the past and had excellent service... My how times have changed. Between price increases of about 40% in 2.5 years, phone outages, employee outages (that were not covered by anyone else) and 24 hour quotes that took 72 hours... I am still waiting for an order of 4 signs that began on May 22nd... BTW now 14 days and counting for an order that is supposed to take 7 days. Bummer!

Literally the worst most unprofessional company to work with. They drop the ball on a daily basis, why we used them for multiple signs I have no idea, they weren't even that inexpensive! I would totally find someone else, I am. If anyone knows of a good shop, I need one ASAP to continue my projects. So far these guys did 3 jobs, multiple signs at each job, some of them turned out ok, some turned out amateur, some never even showed up and they had excuse after excuse. I am waiting for one today that was supposed to be hung 4 months ago.

I have used these guys 2 times so far and will use them again. As a Realtor I have a need for odd signs from time to time. They have been able to accommodate both of my odd requests efficiently. I have one 8 foot by 4 foot billboard made with a rendering of the house on it. It came out great. They also made a long banner for me.
I am really surprised how well the billboard has help up.
The best part is they are super easy to work with on your project.
