Jon Parker, Ben Winkelman and Jim Parker have diverse educational and legal backgrounds. The attorneys in the firm have represented individuals, corporations, partnerships, municipalities, public utility districts, businesses, and non-profit and charitable organizations throughout Western Washington.

Our staff members, Colleen Williamsen and Barbara Sackett, complete the team of professional and knowledgable individuals dedicated to your case. Services
The firm was started by Omar S. Parker in 1949 as a solo practice. Arlis W. Johnson joined the firm in 1959 and it became known as Parker & Johnson. In 1974 Omar's son, Jon C. Parker, joined the firm and in 1979 it became known as Parker, Johnson, and Parker, P.S. Benjamin R. Winkelman joined the firm in August of 2000 and became a partner in 2011 when the firm came to be known as Parker & Winkelman, P.S.
Awards and Offices: Mr. Parker serves on the Board of Drirectors of Timberland BanCorp. Inc and its subsidiary Timberland Savings Bank. He has been a Director of Timberland BanCorp. Went in Asked them to contact for counsel, like other businesses, never called. Called them back to see if perhaps they are just "busy" and was overlooked in the request to contact. Still nothing. More and more I'm finding we have to travel to obtain any kind of professionalism
