Best place to go in Kansas City for event rentals. Whether it be wedding and other formal gatherings or just in need of general seating and tables. Working with Supply Events was one of the best parts of our wedding experience. Del is seriously so awesome and everything is crystal clear in the contract, pricing is very fair, and payments are easy and intuitive to make.
My mom and I went to their warehouse and Del worked with us until we had a table setting that I completely loved. We went through so many different options and I appreciated her excitement, ideas, and kindness to us in the process. We used Supply Event Rental for our wedding June 2020. We were impressed by the prompt responses and the in person consultation to discuss design details. Despite planning a wedding during a pandemic, Supply was great to work with even when our guest count changed. The day of the wedding the staff was prompt with delivery and did a quick walk through of all the rentals left on site. The rentals were very organized for our planner to set up. The items turned out more beautiful than we expected. Highly recommend Supply Events for their awesome customer service and quality pieces!

We used Supply rentals for all of our wedding reception items this past September and they did a fantastic job! They carry so many rental options so we were able to fit the exact vibe we were going for. Not only do they have fabulous items, they were super helpful throughout the whole process and played a role in setting up our reception. The result turned out better than we could have ever imagined! So glad we have Supply in KC that helped make our wedding dreams come true!

I would never recommend using Supply Events to anyone. They made the process so troublesome. Supply Event posted photos on their social media claiming specific items where part of their inventory, but upon inspection the items where not the same as in the photos. When questioned about this Supply Events first said that the items where in fact the same, when I was able to point out visible differences, Supply then told us it was possible that it was another companies product that was from a wedding they also had items at. When refusing to change their story, they simply deleted the photo from their

Although the decorations at Supply Events are wonderful and affordable, the customer service is enough to make my wife and I regret renting from them. For example, they forgot to order part of our order for our wedding and instead of taking responsibility for it they actually blamed it on us - claiming we didn’t answer an email. Even though we provided documentation of us asking about our order several months in advance and phone documentation a month prior to our wedding. Supply Event made my wedding absolutely beautiful! Dell Ann and Heather were awesome to work with and super accommodating. I'm incredibly thankful to Dell Ann for working with some pretty drastic changes we had to make after an injury in our family, but also for giving me direction and support every time I got sidetracked with my vision. The team travelled to Randolph, KS, and did a complete set up for me. The furniture we rented was absolutely beautiful and the variety of table settings Supply Event has is incredible. I'd so incredibly happy and can't say enough good things!

I rented table numbers, easels, floral stands, and ivory table runners from Supply Event Rentals & Design for my wedding, and they worked out perfectly. They have an incredible selection of decor to choose from & are very easy to work with. I cannot recommend Supply Event Rentals & Design more highly!
