HMI has a consumables line that includes Precision Squeegee and Cleaning Cloth. Originally intended to complement our printer products, the squeegee and cleaning cloth materials have become stand-alone product successes. The HMI line of consumable products is kept on the shelf and ready for shipment upon receipt of your Purchase Order.
HMI Squeegee is a precision cut, polyurethane product available for use in screen printing materials associated with the electronics industry. Our Precision Squeegee is available in a range of durometers (60, 70, 80 and 90 - color coded for easy identification), with precision-cut edges and the chemical resistance inherent in their polyurethane material construction.
The HMI Squeegee Cutter is designed to allow the customer to trim the standard 3/8" x 3/8" squeegee to a custom length for use on the production floor. Rugged and reliable, the Squeegee Cutter has an easy-to-replace cutting blade. Additional blades are stored in the handle. Safe to use and taking up very little work space, the HMI Squeegee Cutter is an excellent way to maximize usage of squeegee material.
HMI sells clean room filter paper rolls for integrated screen printer tooling paper rollers, and also provides custom cut and machined clean room paper to customers exact specification. This clean room vacuum paper is used for via filling, via plugging, as well as holding down thin flexible substrates during printing.
