I worked with Josh on new flooring for my basement area. He was great to work with, not pushy and annoying like most sales people but just informative and responsive. My basement floor was a concrete slab that was not close to level at all and he knew just the type of product to recommend for it. He even ordered special samples just for us to see so we could pick out a color we liked. The scheduling was easy and they showed up when they said they would. Had an opportunity to put carpet in a property recently, and wanted to go with a smaller, local group over the big box stores. While I priced the big box stores as well, I also stopped in to see the folks at Floored. They were quick to help, and had an estimator on-site the next business day. Carpet was in stock and ready to go, and while the guys they sent out could have been on time, the whole install happened seamlessly. (unintended play on words - get it? Carpet? Seam? Nevermind).
