So this towing company FRAUDULENTLY tags cars to make money off of innocent people. My husband had to work very late and they put a sticker on our truck and was going to pick it up. I called this morning and they tried to tell me that it had been there for 48 hours from October 12th to October 14. Then tried to say that the store manager puts the stickers on the vehicle. My husband IS THE STORE MANAGER. Try again. That in itself is a lie because we live an hour away and I drove the truck on the morning of the 13th. Not to mention that we have it on camera. Can't leave a vehicle ABANDONED

I work as a nurse for a handicap child in her home. I have worked her for over a year. I have a parking placard on my dash and I do not move it. This company towed my car regardless of the placard. I was in a parking spot of the home owners. I was not illegally parked. The tow truck drivers are thieves and cheats. Because after I paid $304.30 . I found my placard down where I buckle my drivers seat. This placard does not mover when I turn corners nothing. How in the world did it get to beside the driver seat if the tow the people/person at the Mesquite Impound did not put it there. I have filed

This place sold me a Expedition at their auction back in May 2020 and still to this day haven't gave me the proper paperwork to have it transferred into my name. Then after all that, in August 2020 they went in put a bonded title on the trunk SMH Why would you sell a vehicle with out going threw the proper procedures. Tow company can not sell a vehicle unless they contact the previous owner which they didn't. So im taking them to court to get my money back. Do not buy from this company they sell stolen vehicles
