They do not provide hourly rates for labor estimates. Fine. We had a leak and needed it dealt with, and I had no idea how long it would take. From when they arrived to when they left was under 3 hours, that included the estimate, cleanup, and the work. The labor charge ended up around $300 per hour. When I asked how he came up with the labor in the estimate after the work was completed, he wast completely unable to explain how the labor estimate was derived. He mumbled things about not using hourly rates, there is no minimum charge, and a few other things - but was unable to actually answer my

Service was great. Friendly. The only thing was I think the estimate I was given was based on a certain amount of time to fix the pipe. Turns out it only took about 15 minutes and I was still charged the amount on the estimate. I felt the final cost should have been lowered based on quick work.

Living Water gave a quick quote from
Yelp, scheduled me for the next available day, and hooked up my natural gas stove to an external fixture. It works great.
Now both my fireplaces won’t start again after the install. The plumber called to troubleshoot but the company did not schedule him to fix it, now I will have to hire another plumber to fix their mistake.
