I can’t say enough about my experience with Dr. Amy’s Flex Premier Program. After completing some testing, she created a customized program for me that included lifestyle and dietary recommendations as well as supplements (not too many - very manageable!). Dr. Amy is extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to listen to my concerns and to explain the complexities of my test results. I am so happy with the progress I saw in just three months. Dr. Amy is the best chiropractor I have personally ever worked with. She listens, explains what she is doing and why she is doing it. She takes time to make sure you as the client are a part of the process. Other chiropractors seem to have a routine they do every time in order to get the big “snap, crackle, pops”, but not Amy. Every session is different and done according to exactly what your body needs. She takes time to make sure that you are heard and your needs are met.

Dr. Amy is awesome! So glad I found her. I threw out my lower back and was in excruciating pain. She was able to get me out of the pain cave in a 20 minute visit, and I was back to skiing powder the next day. What's more, she worked with me in the month following (doing chiropractic and also some dry needling) to continue to make sure I was moving in the right direction, and to help break the old patterns and address the underlying issues that had led to my back pain in the first place. She's incredibly knowledgeable and capable, a great listener, and wants to work with you to achieve your goals
