Disclosure: I’m sure there are great agents and this is a great company, unfortunately we got an agent who didn’t care about offering customer service.
Our a Dad passed away and all 5 children (we’re all in our 50’s) own the family farm. Our agent would ONLY speak to ONE of us and would NEVER return our calls. He received information… (approximately 6 weeks before our sale) that our property had a tiny 200’x220’ section that the NRD made a road through the corner of our property. The NRD was going to make an adverse move and take the land from us without
