Very horrible situation, they essentially stole a vehicle out from underneath a veteran. MY car was towed to their shop because the mechanic parked in tow away zone. The title was in car unsigned because I just bought it from a friend and hadn't registered yet, who later came down to help me try and retrieve my items where they threatened him with leins and turned him away from getting my belongings including my birth certificate from vehicle with out paying 1200. They lied to him stating he had received letters that he had to sign for. Also they wouldn't let me get the vehicle without him being

Seth was super helpful! He was very considerate given the situation and even had us laughing some after my accident. I had called AAA and the police had called him. He moved my car from the street and wished us a happy holidays. He didn't take my vehicle because it would've cost 10x for him to tow me than the other company. I wish more people were like this

I went to this place cause one of my cars was taken by and my real concern is, why they never in a entire year my son was parking at the same place cause of his job, these wonderfull people never put an sticker as an advice and they just took our car. This world is not the same like before. Their attitude is always like mean. I work with people every single day, thanks to God and what is ironic am pretty sure I have helped people from this company, making save money when they dont need it to spend. We never must expect right things back when we dont do the right things and its from the bible. Anyway

I had an accident last night and my vehicle was towed here. I wasn't greeted or acknowledged. They don't commucate with customers as in guiding them what to do. TERRIBLE customer service and attitude. They treat you like they own you AND your vehicle. There's no parking. There's no empathy. Worst towing company you can have tow your car. If you have the choice, DON'T choose Sheehan's Towing.

I must have got them in a good day because John was the best as far as helping to troubleshoot and finally end up providing a safe and caring tow of my RV. Had no air pressure so he went to the three air sources in my rv and got us moving to a truck repair shop. Impeccable equipment and professionally dressed. His main concern was ME. Could not ask for a better service. Very impressed.

You MUST be kidding me. You argue with me over how I can get my DRIVEABLE car out of the yard, how it was towed (there were witnesses!!) the cost, you put my car in the auction file more than 2 wks before the final date (that I have record of) . Your customer service skills are lacking, at best. Do not use this company if you can avoid it. Shady, money grubbing, rude, and insolent. You have not heard the last of me.

So, without giving my entire story (it's long), I called at 5:30am as it was the closest location that popped up after searching for a 24/7 tow company.
A gentleman answered the phone nicely (I didn't expect nice at 5:30am) and was kind enough to let me explain what I researched and thought the problem was.
He made sure I was in a safe place. As I was safe at the hotel, he suggested I wait until normal operating hours to save me a whopping $125 fee. For that alone I am extremely grateful.
Then suggested the garage next to their company (Griffin Auto) to check out.
I'm just thankful
