I called Flooring Direct and spoke to Dimitri about some replacement vinyl flooring for our laundry room. He was very pleasant and he asked us to come and pick out from some samples. We picked out our vinyl and we were able to get it installed within a 2 week period.
Fantastic work and our floor looks amazing!

Call this company FIRST!! After getting a questionable quote from another flooring company we choose to reach out to Flooring Direct & we are so glad we did!! The owner was very knowledgeable, responsive & personable (he REALLY listens to his customers) We needed help picking out a color for our LPV, we brought in our cabinet door & Jason was fantastic & has a good eye for color & also much more knowledgeable than the prior sales person we were working with at another company. Had a great experience at this place! The owner was very knowledgeable and responsive. We needed help picking out the right carpet and pad for our how and he worked with us from the very beginning to the end. In the end we feel like we got the right carpet/pad for our house at a great price! The installation, (which was done through the shop) was fast and done right! Great quality work. We are very happy with our new carpets and happy the process was so stress free. We got a great price compared to the other shops in the area. I would highly recommend this place to everyone looking for new carpets

I chose to work with Flooring Direct based and their reviews, and I am very happy I did! My family moved into a new house, and we got new floors throughout the whole thing. My floors are so beautiful! Dimitry and his team were super friendly and easy to work with. He even went on vacation and kept me informed on what was going on while he was gone. I purchased my Evoke flooring from them for my entire main level and stairs. It took me a long time and a lot of shopping around before deciding on this company and type of flooring. I also used their installer for my stairs. Peter, did a phenomenal job and cleaned up every bit of debris. I'll be going back to them when I'm ready to do the bedrooms!! Dimitry did an awesome job with communicating and showing up on time to do our measurements. They came to us to collect payment and we did not have to drive out to them. Their crew was here a few minutes early and worked quickly and efficiently. We love our new carpets! Thank you for the new soft, plush and affordable carpet installation!

I requested a new carpet quote and got a response email pretty quickly (less than 30 mins). I responded immediately. I asked them to come measure the house and provide samples as we needed the work done right away. I was basically ghosted and never heard back. I ended up going with a different business (one that did responded to my emails and got the job done the next day). I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for reliability. A simple "We're not able to come to your house" would have been enough, but ghosting customers is a terrible way to go. Poor customer

These guys are the best! They are very helpful and professional! They take the time helping selecting the right color and quality of carpet. I could not be more satisfied. From the moment I walked in the door and the time I had my new carpet, these guys communicated well, polite, and addressed any issues right away! Thank you guys!
