I just bought a Certified Pre-Owned Kia Forte from Spitzer Kia, the process couldn't have gone smoother. I visited later in the day so there were only a few people on staff, however everyone worked very well together to get the job done. Big shout out to Leo and Justin for helping me locate and eventually buy the car. I have been in the car market for a few weeks now and I have not been treated as nicely anywhere then I was here. I highly recommend coming over the Spitzer Kia in Cleveland!

Jayden Black was very welcoming when I first arrived at spritzer Kia! He was very understanding of my situation and what I wanted! He was able to communicate with the finance guy efficiently. I did have to do much waiting at all thankfully and got one on one attention. The dealership is very clean and efficient. There’s always someone there to hold the door open for you. Great experience, highly recommend!

I walked into Spitzer of Cleveland with the intent to just look at the inventory. I left with a vehicle. I had several other appointments schedule for later in the day. However, after meeting the team here I felt comfortable and at ease when purchasing my Honda CR-V there instead. My salesman Ahmad Mohammad, sales manager Aziz Assad and finance manager Jeremy Zabell were all awesome! I recommend Spitzer Kia Cleveland to anyone looking for their next ride.

We moved to the area in May and this was my second service appointment at Kia Spitzer. I could not be happier with the service I received. Rachel Greathouse was my service advisor and she did an excellent job on explaining everything about what services were needed and provide. She was very professional, friendly and attentive. I waited in the lounge while the service took place and in addition to the fact that the area was extremely clean, several salespeople and other and the cashier checked to see if I needed anything. Overall, it was a great experience and the cost of the service was very reasonable

Stephen was a remarkable salesman. Went in on Thursday looking at the Forte and he provided so much excellent service that I brought the car home! He answered all my questions and was able to help me in everything with the whole car leasing process. If you’re ever in need for a good car, look for Stephen!

I decided to stop in and look at a Kia stinger they had in the show room. I was referred to speak with Michael Mansour about the vehicle. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in! Any questions I had were met with quick and understanding responses. I have no problem with salesman at the dealership. However I do have a problem with the amount of cars that need service. My son whose car was less than a month old sat at the dealership for over two weeks because it wouldn't start and was towed in. Day after day I called and on some days I didn't even get an update on where he was in line. 10 to 15 cars ahead of my son was absolutely ridiculous. I finally had to email the general manager in order to get help. By the next day my son had his vehicle. My sons car was bought in July and he is still waiting for a car manual that should have

We just purchased our Kia Carnival from this location and had such a great car buying experience with sales associate Michael Rosado. He made it a smooth and fun process for even my two little kids. The lovely Carnival had lots of protective stickers inside and he showed my kids how to take them off and they had fun removing some of them. Michael spent time with me to help me sync my phone to the Carnival and reviewed all the cool safety technology. Then of course the kids got to hit the gong! I would highly recommend this location and ask for Michael Rosado Jr!

I had an appt to test drive a 2021 Telluride on Thursday.I test drove it,Michael Rosado was my sales associate. He was friendly, helpful and professional.I filled out an application and started the purchase process.I was there until 7pm waiting on the finance dept to complete the financing only to be told after 4 hours of waiting (because they were busy and that KIA financing was not answering them was the excuse given) that we would need my husband to cosign after all. It was set up that my husband and I would meet back there the next day at noon so my husband could sign the papers. They were

Don't know which one is worst Kia Spitzer or Kia of Bedford. Service department is horrible. Left my car with dealership for about a week. No one followed up regarding my service status. Contacted service department my service agent was out. So i contacted the manager she had no idea what was going on. She stated that she will follow up with me regarding a unfamiliar service. Then Service department stated i need to pick my car up until they figure out if something is covered under warrenty. I'm only at 30K all warranties are in tach. But seems to me they didn't want to fix this

Bad experience, these people are unethical. Went to dealer and discussed offer. They declined, then called me and we struck a deal on the phone. Sent them info for paperwork for the next day. A few hours later I called to make sure they had what they needed and they said sold it to someone else! Buy somewhere else!

Upon my initial visit for just an assessment I waited for 2 hours to be told there was nothing for them to do because they do not have the parts needed to resolve my problem. I was told the part would be in the following day and they would call me to schedule my second visit. I was required to pay an initial payment of $50+ and told I should see the specific person I dealt with that day when I'm back so she could mess with the paper work to deduct my Initial payment from the final bill.

I waited a week and heard absolutely nothing about my part, and it wasn't until I submitted a survey

I'm going to echo the sentiment of the other reviewer. I walked in and was quoted a price for a car. 250/month for a lease deal. Then he walked it down to 227 with a thousand dollar down payment. Much to my surprise, they came to me with a sheet that quoted me 125 over their original quote. When I went with a more basic model, the price was the same! Who would pay 350/ month for a moderately tricked out Ford Focus? I'm going to keep shopping. Bate and switch does not work well for me. No Korean car for me!
