Janice started baking cakes with her grandmother as a child growing up. She was in the kitchen on Saturdays with her grandmother baking cakes for Sunday's desserts and making memories. The recipes used were family recipes handed down from generation to generation. These recipes, handed down to Janice, continue to be used today.

My wedding cake was absolutely beautiful. I got exactly what I asked for. It was delicious and moist. My guest finished the entire cake. We will be using this company for all of our celebrations. Thanks occasional cakes for taking our wedding reception up one more notch, it was a beautiful and scrumptious cake.

I first heard of this establishment when I went to a bridal showcase at the Newton White Mansion in January 2016. I tasted the butter rum cake with buttercream icing. Outstanding cake.
I also tasted the butternut cake. I failed to taste the no pink strawberry cake, but I did taste it at a later date. It was very moist, just not a flavor I'm in love with.
