Auntie Skinner's Riverboat Club has been a destination establishment in Jefferson since opening in 1983. We offer good food at all times and live entertainment on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. Housed in a historic 1850s building in downtown Jefferson, Texas, Auntie Skinner's is known nationwide as a western/biker/community bar and restaurant.
Auntie Skinner's partners with regional nonprofit organizations to produce some of the biggest events in East Texas! In April, the Outlaw Nationals Car Show takes over Jefferson, Texas with hundreds of classic and custom cars to view and enjoy. October is a HUGE month in Jefferson. The second weekend in October is the Jefferson Burn Benefit bike rally.

The food is always good and the building and atmosphereis fun. But patrons should know before deciding to go here that smoking IS ALLOWED in all areas of the building. This seems to be the same in all Jefferson restaurants. I always enjoy Annie Skinners but having to deal with someone else's cigarette smoke certainly ruins the experience.

DAMN GOOD PLACE !!!!!
You can smoke at the bar but the place ain't smokey. It's old with history hanging all over it's walls. Food is consistently great. Atmosphere is AWESOME. Live music on the weekends. Nice people always. LONE STAR BEER for $2. You know You're in a good place in TEXAS when they have LONE STAR and Shiner Bock in ice cold longnecks. My FAVORITE PLACE IN JEFFERSON to go and do anything. Pool tables are rough but they've got tips on their pool cues and chalk on the tables. Go there. Have a break from the 21st Century.

This place was pretty fun actually, although the Robert E Lee portrait got us by surprise. They also had karaoke going and it was pretty darn funny. The food was pretty good. starting from the chips, salsa and queso to the chicken fried steak and catfish. Drinks were also good here. Really enjoyed the ambience and the staff was very friendly. I'd say it's worth checking out.

On a family road trip and drove through Jefferson, Tx for the first time. Googled local restaurants and settled on Auntie Skinners based on the great reviews. We ordered the Auntie Skinners Chicken when the waitress told is that is was a huge serving that covered the entire plate. Well, the “julienned” potatoes (like canned shoestring potatoes) did cover the plate, but the chicken might have been a 5oz portion. To make it worse, it had raw bell peppers on top. Definitely not worth $14. The other item ordered was the hamburger steak - very dry, but the gravy made it edible. Served with green
