I wish I could leave a rave review, but I can't. Living out of state and selling my property in Woodstock was an epic failure, starting first with not receiving "the new client package". After sending all requested docs back (2 days prior to closing); told we were all set; then informed by my agent (not them) that closing had taken place, all was good. Until 6 hours later, when I received a call asking if I'd sent the originals back and replied I had not been instructed to (apparently this information and UPS Overnight label are included in the "New Client Package"). She then sent an UPS Overnight

Thank you so much Brandon and Sierra for helping me and my family have a very easy, clear and smooth closing in our house. My husband couldn’t be present for closing but Sierra made the process easy with a Power of attorney document. On closing day, Brandon took his time to explain detail by detail on each page we had to sign! Very clear, transparent and with terminology that I could easily understand!
