I called three local companies for estimates, Cox was the only one to not only call back promptly, but he (Jimmy the owner), inventoried and sized the radiators.

I tried to use this plumbing service because it is one of my local plumbing services in my area. To no avail they never performed any work for me. They called me once to confirm someone would show up, and they did not. I gave them 3 weeks, (probably more than most) trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, even walking into the store front to see if that would help. The last response I got from the lady at the front desk was, sorry, I can’t keep up with the work. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I understand they might be short staffed, but I would think they would be more professional. If you use them, I hope

My wife and I recently contacted Cox Plumbing and Heating to have a toilet bowl installed ,and two existing ones repaired. The three technicians came in our home and went right to work. They were very professional, respectful, and courteous. The price was reasonable and the work was guaranteed. Cox Plumbing and Heating had done previous works for us ,and so far there hasn't been any problems. Mr.Cox is a down to earth and sensible person and his daughter who works in the office is a very nice individual. I highly recommend this business.
