At Professional Health Care, we tailor your health care to your specific needs. Our Home Health strives to give you the care you need while still enabling you to be independent and comfortable in your home. We work to promote your good health, independent function, freedom from institutionalization, and outcome-based health care goals.
Your whole family is cared for by the hospice team at Professional Health Care. When a member of your family is suffering, you need compassionate, understanding care from skilled nurses, social workers, chaplains, aides, physicians, and volunteers. We offer you the convenience of meeting with you in your home with genuine compassion and Christian values.

The foundation's purpose is to help indigent hospice patients in your community when families can't and insurance won't meet the needs of these deserving people. Help our cause by donating your unwanted items so that we can re-purpose them into new, treasured heirlooms.
Make an impact with comfort, care, and compassion at Professional Health Care. As an Angels of Hope volunteer, you can help provide health care and daily living services to patients in need of extra help. You'll be trained and prepared for the hospice concept as well as be screened through background checks such as the EMR and NAR.

I've always admired our staff when watching them in action as they love and administer the best care to our patients. I can now say, I have a whole new appreciation for them- they cared for both of my parents during their final days. The hospice team was amazing! I know now first hand, our staff gives every patient the highest level of care- the same high level of care I've watched them give to other patients for years. It's truly a calling they walk in each and every day with the utmost integrity, compassion, and professionalism.

Professional Health Care has been blessed to have such amazing employees who really love and care for our elderly. My dad was on home health and my father-in-law was on hospice and the care that was given to both of them were exceptional! My parents were in such great hands and I wouldn't use any other agency!

I felt that this hospice is exceptional in their care and service. Their personnel are genuine, professional and loving! The were there by my grandfathers side till his passing. They became like family to us. Everyone was great, the best nurses, and Kelsey was very special to him and us. You all keel up the good work, we all were very satisfied with our care. Wonderful people. God Bless
