Living in Genoa I have reached out to Kacoa a few times for estimates for work. I have been told that Ben Spense would check things out since we don't live far from each other. I have made several appointments and Ben has forgotten to show up, been late and just rude.
Everyone's time is valuable. I find this unprofessional on many levels. It has been 3 months and I am still waiting for an estimate.
Lastly, I have seen some nasty things his wife (Erin) has posted about others in the community on Facebook especially neighbors that I know well. It is sad to see someone to engage in such hatered
