I contacted Ken to survey my property in Watertown before having a fence installed. Ken was great to work with, accurate with his timeline for having the work done and was very responsive to calls and emails. The survey turned out great, and his pricing was very affordable compared to some quotes I had from other local surveyors. My wife and I were very happy with KW Surveying and if we ever need one done again, we know who we'll be calling!

We needed a survey of our property because we could not find any information on the boundaries and only had one marker. We called a number of surveyors for prices and timelines. KW Surveying came out as the least expensive with the most immediate time frame for us. We were just delighted with the work they did for us: it was timely, smooth, boundaries were marked very clearly and we received an electronic summary of the work and the boundaries of our property which is now part of the legal description. We could not be happier.
