Barbara Morton graduated from University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication in 1992. Ms. Morton followed her BA with an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Regis University in Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1996. Ms. Morton received her law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan in 1998.
Prior to forming the law firm, Tedone & Morton, P.C., he was the senior associate with Chuck Bretz and Associates, P.C. for eight years along with experience as an Assistant Will County Public Defender and private practice in the area of insurance defense and general civil litigation. He was involved with several appeals that resulted in three murder convictions being overturned in 2011.
Andy works with clients to develop a cost-effective strategy that best meets their needs. If a dispute can be resolved by settlement negotiations, he helps clients obtain a successful settlement. However, if litigation is the only remaining alternative, then he will aggressively fight to promote your rights in court.

Cosmo is full of confidence, knowledge, patients and talent. He took time to explain everything to me so I understood the process and tactics. His transparency and his reassurance of my understanding made me feel like I made the right choice. Cozmo and his teams performance in court was nothing short of professional. His office is comfortable and his staff is very polite. You would be doing yourself a disservice going elsewhere. Will county area doesn’t have many attorneys that operate on this level.

I really liked Cosmo he's a great lawyer , I had several driving with licenes supension tickets, he got many dismissed in court. And the ones that couldn't be thrown out because of some other charges I had also with Cosmo but that dwls tickets that recorded to my abstract at the end of August. Yesterday, I was able to be get letter for a recommendation to Springfield by a hearing officer at a DMV in Dupage , to grant me a restricted driving permit,which I was happy to see I got a projected reinstatement date from the Sos office. and also Cosmo went out of his way to give me the best possible outcome
