Schematic Design This project consisted of assistance in adding six classroom, one administration and one restroom modular units to the school property.
Services included modular unit placement, building code analysis and deck/ramp plan assistance based on modular unit information provided by others, coordination with modular unit supplier and assistance in obtaining required exhibits for permitting, and coordination with Civil Engineer retained by the Owner.Relocate existing portable classroom modules including construction of new decks and walkways.
