Appraiser Janet Beck came out a few months ago, late to arrive. She said she'd be in and out in 30minutes, 2hours later she was still going from room-to-room so we thought she would at least be thorough. She failed to notice, as we had to instruct her not once but twice as to all our improvements. Imagine our surprise that a week later she called and said she forgot to take several pictures, please take more of our time to call her back for yet another appointment. We were out of town that week and just before we tried to call her, in the mail we received our completed (?) appraisal - are you kidding
