As a long-term care pharmacy (LTCP), we provide medications and consultant pharmacy services to long-term care facilities such as nursing homes. As a LTCP, we provide continuous access to a pharmacist as well as offer emergency delivery of medication. Have been using this pharmacy for several years now.. when I walk in I am treated like a guest & not just another number in the system. After continuous use they have made it a point to remember my name. I have had several terrible experiences with big name pharmacies & had tried several other places before ending up here. When anyone ask for a recommendation on a pharmacy I ALWAYS refer here without a second thought. Regardless of how far I drive now, after moving, I still refuse to go elsewhere. Always have what I need, and curbside pick up option is great, but their customer service could be better. I’ve called to refill three times now and the girls on the phone have always sounded really irritated and give one word responses, like I’m bothering them by calling. It makes me feel really uncomfortable. The first time I filled a script with them they forgot three of my four medications and I had to go back and again feel like I was bothering them by asking for my stuff.

I have been using Acadiana Prescription for over 15 years. They specialize in specialty medication in inventory, which you cannot get from other pharmacies. They have to order the specialty medication and takes approximately a week to get. Joel and his staff are outstanding at their jobs and I commend them. I have never seen a place you can walk in and right out with your prescription in hand. Never a long line and if the kids are sick I can honk my horn and they come right out to your vehicle and bring you your script. Awesome service and always smiling. I have had several friends switch over and love it!!! I recommend this Prescription Shop to everyone. Thank you for all you kind friendly people do!
