Both times I’ve used them, the original estimate was higher than what the cost ended up. He could have charged me the original amount I had agreed to and I wouldn’t have known the difference. Both times he told me the estimate was higher than it ended up being and I paid less than I had planned on which is always a great surprise. Quality work and I definitely appreciate the honesty

Had a great experience with this company. They came out and did a simple faucet installation. Showed me an issue with the water heater that needs addressed. Cleaning up a clog in our disposal. In and out before the scheduled time and charged less than what I was quoted elsewhere. Will be using Blackburn for all of my plumbing needs moving forward.
