Growing up helping with the family drywall business gave me my first taste of painting at the age of 15. Being in the business also made it posssible for me to work with and learn from some of the best painters in the northwest. I learned some of the trades best kept secrets and streamlined my specific painting process. In March of 2014 my lifelong dream became reality when I founded PaintBox Painting.

PaintBox's business model was born out of my quest to paint your home better than any other painter in the Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater area. Our process is defined and effective transforming your kitchen in a couple of days. We use dust extractors while sanding, a good primer, and proper prep to create a long lasting enamel that is easy to clean.

I was initially impressed with how quickly Nigel responded to my inquiry and was looking forward to meeting him at my home for an estimate. Nigel was supposed to come to my home on a Monday but he had to reschedule which was fine. He asked if he could come the next day at the same time and I responded that that would work. My husband waited for a half hour at our home (we are all moved out of the home trying to prep to put on the market) before calling me asking if Nigel was going to show up. I called Nigel and he did not answer so I left a voicemail and I also emailed him. I did not receive a

Nigel is top rate and detail oriented. He wants to make sure the client/customer is totally happy with the finished product. Professional to the end, wants to ensure you as a customer are satisfied with his work. I could call him a months after and the job was completed and he would come out to see what the issue was if it was due to his work he would make it right. I will be calling again him to do my my interior.

Nigel and Ryan were a delight to work with. Nigel was excellent about getting back to me in a timely manner as I had questions, and changed my mind a couple of times as I decided what colors to use. He was extremely patient and responded to my emails sometimes within minutes. Both he and Ryan were very friendly and were very patient with my 3 dogs. I got 2 other bids and Paintbox Painting was way more reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

Nigel did a fabulous job on the exterior of our home! He was prompt to return our initial phone call and came out that evening to look over the prospective job. Nigel gave us a very competitive bid and worked around our very busy schedule. He was prompt, efficient, a pleasure to work with, and did an outstanding job. We love the way our home looks now and it is all thanks to Nigel. Couldn't have asked for a better painter!
