If you suffer from headaches, you are not alone. Approximately 80-90% of people across the U.S. endure occasional or frequent tension headaches. They are also the third most commonly reported source of pain across the world! Whether they are acute and temporary or constant and chronic (such as migraines), headaches can all be treated by physical therapy.
Do you wake up in the morning with nagging back pain? Are you feeling achy pain into your back, buttocks, or even thigh? Are you having to watch what you do, because you are afraid you may throw out your back? According to the American Physiotherapy Association, back pain is the most commonly reported pain across the nation, and one out of every four Americans has experienced back pain in the past three months.
Neck pain can cause debilitating and extremely uncomfortable sensations, especially if the pain stretches from your neck down to your shoulders. According to the American Physiotherapy Association (APTA), approximately one-third of the population will experience neck pain in any given year. It can get worse if left untreated, and in severe cases, surgery may even be needed.
Shoulder pain can take many forms - it can show up when you're reaching toward the top shelf to put dishes away or when you're struggling to find a comfortable position to sleep. It can show up as a result of an injury, making you feel a dull aching pain, or even make you feel as if your shoulder is immobile.

I asked my husband to finally get a physical so he called here and made an appt. He said he had quite a few issues to discuss with the Dr. so would they be sure to allow enough time. One of his concerns was shoulder pain so the receptionist recommended he get xrays so the Dr. would have these for his appt. The Dr. ONLY focused on the shoulder pain and he was told they didnt have time to discuss his high blood pressure or joint pain or anything else. Then instead of being charged for his FREE annual physical, he was billed $405!! We spoke to the office mgr. who was very unprofessional and argumentative

Will always be my first choice for physical therapy. The therapist works with you every visit and doesn't rush through things. Justin and Kielee are a great team! So happy with the work done there and the results. Highly recommend.

When you think of a high school wrestler with knee and thigh pain, the last thing you think about is cancer. Our family is forever grateful to Dr. Ross and Tom in physical therapy for realizing that my son’s “wrestling injury” needed a closer look. The “injury” turned out to be bone cancer that had spread to his lungs, but it was caught in time to be treated. My son is still undergoing treatment at Children’s Hospital Colorado, but thanks to Dr. Ross and his team, my son has a chance to live a long, full life.

The staff and facilities are top notch. They show absolute care and concern for every individual who walks in the door, and offer a variety of treatment options nobody else is willing to try. Usually when working out in a gym I would be shy and hesitant to interact with others or use unfamiliar equipment, but have NEVER been made to feel like I didn't belong there. The fellow patrons were always willing to help, or just offer an encouraging smile.

PT staff are wonderful. They keep you informed about what is happening and why. They know when you need to be pushed and do so. I enjoy the attached gym so that when I am working out, if I have a quick question, I can pop over to get an answer.

I have been very impressed with the physical therapist and treatment I have been receiving. We discovered the underlying cause of what I thought was simply a pinched nerve. I am still a work in progress, but between the pt and exercises at home I am able to do a lot more everyday activities

I am totally impressed with the care I have received and am still receiving. The caregivers are very professional and personable. They not only recommend and encourage specific exercises for me, they are also very helpful in motivating me to take on new challenges. I couldn't be happier with SMART Sports Medicine in all aspects including all the staff I have come in contact with in the entire facility. If you are looking for reliable and effective rehabilitation this is the place. This was not my first rehabilitation center so I can compare.. This is the best!
