We are 2 blocks West of downtown Bradenton, between 20th & 26th Street West, on the North side of Manatee Avenue.

Palms Dental Membership Plan is an annual membership plan that allows you to receive the modern dentistry and personal care you need at an affordable price. It is NOT insurance! We believe a healthy mouth starts with preventative routine care and are committed to providing you the highest quality dental services at prices that make sense.
We are a contracted in-network provider with most PPO Insurance Plans. We offer all our patients the option of a predetermination from their insurance company to review benefits prior to treatment. However, ultimately, it is the patient's responsibility to keep up with all of their insurance benefits and any changes that may take place.

I called the office to see about getting an emergency appointment because I have an infected tooth that is very painful and have led to really bad headaches almost like migraine and they said it will be until 3/4 days later that they would have an opening. Then I asked if the doctor could at least call in the pharmacy for the same antibiotics he gave me last time for the same thing and they said No. So here I am in a lot pain still, unable to eat, unable to sleep and unable to work for 3 days now due to the non - compassionate manner of this doctor and his staff. I am finally going to see my PCP

I have used the same dentist for about 25 years and after moving to Florida started going to Dr. Stocks office. I was nervous about having my dental work done by someone new, but Dr. Stock and his staff made me feel very comfortable. They were able to get me in on a Monday morning after my crown cracked over the weekend, explained the procedure every step of the way and had my new crown ready within a week or so.

I surrender! After several years as a patient at this practice today's experience left me cold. The ladies at the front desk quickly got me in late in the day with a broken tooth. An x-ray was taken, the doctor examined the tooth and said I'd have to come back next week for a crown, only after an oral surgeon, he had recommendations, removed another tooth, three teeth away from the broken one, as the x-ray showed it may be infected. This possibly infected tooth does not have any sensitivity whatsoever. Coming in on an emergency, I am dismissed and will now endure a broken tooth over

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Stock for 13 years, and would never dream about switching dentists. Even when we lived in North Port, we would drive 50 miles each way to see him. Both he and his staff are extremely friendly, and the quality of his work is great. Love that he is able to do same day crowns! Not many places have that option.

I found the front office and dental hyg. to be very capable and qualified. The Dentist himself, in my opinion, is egotistical and narsarristic. As a "dentist" he is capable, but when it comes to anything tough (like dentures) I found his work and effort to be unacceptable. He did issue a refund for my permanent denture because he could not get it to fit (he tried for 1 reline and about 10 minutes of his time. He also corssed the line in his conversation with me. Very unprofessional.

Don't go here!!! The front office is clueless. The dental assistant took 4x to get an x-ray of one tooth. The Dentist, whoever he was since he looked NOTHING like the pic on the website, had poor bedside manners. I waited forever and a day for him to come in the exam room. When he finally did show up he spent a generous 5 minutes with me. Told me I needed a crown AND a root canal. False. I ended up getting a filling for my fractured tooth and there was nothing wrong with the one that "needed a root canal." Also the prices that Palm Dental charges are horrendous. Gouging liars who
