He came to review floor repair damage and give us an estimate. He was very professional, and knowledgeable. He said he would email us the estimate. I have to give a 2 star rating because he never sent us the estimate. I called, text, and emailed but he never responded. Very unprofessional.

Victor and his team were excellent. They showed up on time every day, refinished our existing hardwood floors, removed carpet and installed new hardwood where none existed prior. Upon completion the new floors looked seamlessly like the original hardwoods, which were brought back to life. For a home built in the mid-20th Century, the floors are now gorgeous.
