About Plumbing was able to come out to my house the same day I called. They actually listened (and didn't doubt) my water pressure problem. Cody was honest, helpful and informative. About is affordable and very customer service oriented. This is now the only plumbing service I will call!! Thank you Cody!!!

I was just charged more than $2,000 for installing a water filter that I supplied. Then an additional $$1300 for installing 4 faucets, not new locations, or new vanities. But remove old, install new that I provided.
We noticed after their departure, parts not switched, water lines leaking. But under no circumstance will they ever set foot in here again.
Take my advice get it in writing, then run......

I had "about Plumbing" come to my house and install some bathroom sink faucets. The Plummer was very polite and businesslike, he was friendly and professional. He installed our faucets with ease and explained what had went wrong with the old faucets. He had the work done in less then an hour (even though a previous Jefferson county company sent a plumber who looked at the routine job and said he couldn't do it and would have to come back, after he called his boss) I'm so thankful for "about plumbing"and they will be my plumbers in the future and I will highly recommend
