We bought a complete central air &heating inside and outside unit from them and the price was great!! They installed it and they were very professional and very thorough. They did what they needed to do and made sure everything was right before they left. They left no mess and were very friendly!! I will recommend this company to anyone who needs work done.

We have been return clients of FCHA four or five times... they are flexible, do not try to push products on us, work on our old units without complaining, and come up crazy mountain roads to do it. All the techs we have talked to have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They wore plastic overshoes in our home so they would not drag in dirt. Several times they charged us less than they could have, and told me on the phone once how to fix something I could do myself--it took the tech 15 minutes, and I did not pay anything. Great people, great service!

I had called another company to come out to check the heat pump which was not running properly. The technician stated I would need to have some parts replaced and my warranty would cover it. He would have someone from the office call to give me an estimate. I finally called them back 3 days later to get status, the lady at the office had to find my paperwork and would call me back. When she called back she stated it would cost over $730.00 to fix and only some parts were under warranty. I told her I would get back to her. I called Forest City Heating & Air to get another estimate. They sent out

We have done business with Forest Heating & Air for close to 20 years. Their equipment and staff are absolutely phenomenal! I also want to address what being a "customer" of Forest City Heating & AC means. It means not only when you need new equipment but when you have a need no matter how big or small, they are there to fix it always with a smile!
