Avoid if you can. No customer service
no follow up. No professionalism. Dealt with many mortgage companies in the past and this was the bottom of the league.
It wasnt my choice that my loan was sold to them but I cant get hold of proper person nor proper service done. Held on to my funds over a year and did not release the funds nor generate proper stmt to notify the customer. My money was in their account but they didnt let anyone know or someone auditing. It is very unprofessional. No I would not do business with them nor recommend

Recently closed my refi with them, can't be more happier. Locked my rate 2 weeks before Christmas and everything is settled 3 weeks after! Really appreciate team's hard work during holiday season. Great transparency and communication during the process and they regularly update rate changes to help lock in the best deal. Would recommend to my friends and definitely come back for future mortgage needs.

NMSI have great agents. They respond quickly to my queries about rate changes. As the rate changes frequently, this requires a lot of patience. After entering the refinancing process, they assign a specific loan processor to help me end-2-end. He is nice and prompt to reply to my questions, and collaborate with multiple parties involved. This is the most heartless mortgage company ever. Due to Coronavirus and I’m out of job for the last 2 months . Called and asked them if they could give me 1 month extension to help me get thru this rough time . While all my friends and family members got helped from their mortgate companies with 2 months extension. And what I got responded from them was they don’t offer that and I do whatever I have to do but mortgage payments have to be paid. Sadly but it’s true..
