This is my first time using Surfside Carpet and WOW! I was very impressed with how professional and quickly they came to my house. I called and spoke with Claudia and she said that a technician could come within 2 hours. Once he arrived, Ramon cleaned my carpeted apartment for 1 hour and it looks amazing. I am in the process of moving out of state and I can't believe how expensive all of the other quotes I received for carpet and title cleaning were. Then only to find out after receiving a quote there were additional charges on top of that. Um, no thank you.

Have two couches that are 9 years old and were in need of a good clean. They are covered in a fabric that is considered microfiber and apparently some companies steer clear of doing that as can be tricky. Surfside were up for the job for a reasonable fee.
Perry and helper turned up on time, were v professional and personable. They couldn't find a reachable water outlet in the apt community we live in (they can't use outlets in the property apparently) so they had to do the job by hand. Was a bit surprised they didn't ask about that before they arrived but not a big gripe. We

This is my third year that we have been a customer of Surfside. The people are friendly and courteous. They are prompt and respectful of my time. They do a wonderful job of cleaning my carpet. If there is a spot they missed, they will come back to redo it. The cleaning materials that they use does not smell. The carpet dries overnight, unless you have a stain spot. They only took about one hour and half for living room, 3 bedrooms, and hallway. There are booties to wear until it dries. I highly recommend this place.

Perry and his team showed up on time and got straight to work. They moved furniture, worked quickly and efficiently and did the family room, staircase and upstairs hallway in about an hour. The results look fantastic! It's like we have brand new carpets. We're really happy with the professionalism and overall experience. Perry and the crew at Surfside Carpet Cleaning went above and beyond. I came into work one morning to find that the toilet had overflowed out to my carpet in the back of my store. As you can imagine it was not a pleasant situation. I called Surfside and without hesitation they were able to fit me in the schedule with 2 hours. The crew came out and used their water detection device to check to make sure no water had seeped into the walls, they extracted the water, disinfected the carpet and set up the fans. They left the fans with me until they were confident that there was no water left behind
