We all have them. In this day and age you can get a lot of your questions answered with the help of Google and Alexa. But when it is a little more complicated than knowing what the weather will be tomorrow, it's good to know an attorney is just a phone call away. So call, set up your appointment, and you can usually have your question(s) answered within a short period after making your call.
Whether the attorney represents you throughout the sales/purchase process, prepares a document for you, helps you foreclose due to a promissory note not being paid, helps you stop a foreclosure, helps you through a situation where a business partner wants to enter/exit your company, or simply provide you with a consultation, you will be in a much better position than you would be if you attempted to do it alone.

Companies can face many unique issues that don't always have simple solutions. Forming a business requires a lot of focus, determination and legal support, and then nurturing that new business so that it becomes a profitable staple of the community is even more challenging.
The Law Office of Ramon Vega III, PLLC can help you with your business issues or questions, from starting a business, to making a business run smoother, to terminating a business.

Whenever you need a real estate document prepared, it should be done by an attorney - an attorney who is versed in real estate. Many times people come into the office and say, "I sold a property a while back and I had a notary public prepare this document". Number one rule, never go to a notary public for the preparation of real estate documents.
Whether this is your first consultation or second opinion, you will walk away knowing more than you did before your consultation. The consultation will provide you with a sense of relief knowing where you stand in your particular situation at that time. Likewise, everyone has questions regarding transactions they are entering into, will be entering into, or have entered into.
There are different reasons people have to foreclose. In some instances, there may be a contractor who did not get paid for his services; lenders may have loaned money and did not get paid; or people who owner finance properties may have to foreclose. Whatever the case may be, when someone does not get paid according to the promissory note that was signed, foreclosure is the manner in which a lender can recoup their money.
I cannot stress enough the importance of obtaining legal advice when dealing with a real estate transaction. For some, real estate could mean purchasing a home. For others, it may be purchasing their first investment property. Whatever the case may be, the purchase of real estate is probably the highest expenditure of money one will make in their lifetime.

After reaching out to two different attorneys regarding a criminal matter, both seemed reluctant to pick up my case and simply recommended that I either plead guilty or no contest.
I decided to reach out to a third attorney which was Ramon Vega. Mr. Vega took a different approach and told me that there was a 50/50 chance instilling some sort of hope in me. Mr. Vega was able to somehow get me into a pre-trial program which I completed successfully and my charges were dismissed.
