I had not intended to buy a car but just to check out their inventory, new or pre-owned. I’ve had a Q5 and loved it for its comfort and reliability with great service, so I wanted to check them out.
However, Audi North Austin had just received new 2022 inventory. I wanted all the new safety features as I’m 74 and my previous Q5 didn’t have the features I wanted/needed.
With Sosa’s help I walked away a happy customer with a new Q5. They have a dedicated staff (Norika) who helps explain all the features. I have a one-hour appointment scheduled with all my questions. Great service!

When we got there Thomas came out and greeted us. He then asked what kind of car we were looking for and showed us some pictures . Then we drove the Audi . It was easy to get approved. Love the service there .

What started out to be a very frustrating and bad service appointment (Nov 2021) to the point I was about to leave and never return, was turned around and made right by Eddie Kim. Eddie went above and beyond to find a way to get my car in and serviced on the day of my appointment. I was originally told they couldn’t get to my car for 4 days (even… though I had an appointment) and they were booked out until February if I wanted to reschedule and oh BTW they had no loaner cars. My first time buying an Audi after going to Covert Cadillac for years. The difference is night and day. Very good quality vehicle for a good price. AJ and Mike were easy to work with and genuine, which is important, especially having a difficult experience with my most recent purchase at Covert.

I took my car in for a software update, Gateway Control Module Software Update. I had an appointment, arrived on time, told them I would wait (also told them that when making the appointment). The service tech said it would take about 2 hours (which seems way too long, but OK). It ended up taking 4 hours and 30 minutes. I may go to Audi South Austin next time, even though it is 10 miles further away. They have a better Yelp rating and an additional 10 miles driving is nothing compared to a 4 hour wait for something that should take an hour or less.

With that said, the waiting area was pleasant

After some time passes, I build up enough courage to visit this service organization, and they reconfirm my view each time I go. This is such a poorly run service organization that I would prefer to drive 30 min to their South location where they take service seriously. DO NOT GO TO NORTH location--service is an after thought.

We took our S5 in for a service engine light. We had made an appointment online which was very nice and easy to do. Upon our arrival we met with Becca! She greeted us and helped us get set up. Becca handles the loaners, we shared with Becca how important it was to have a 2nd vehicle during this repair. We had just lost my brother in law 5 days prior and it just wasn't in our budget to fly our family out last minute to California much less to have to pay for a rental for no telling how many days. Enrique and his teammates at Audi North Austin were great with my windshield repair job. The up-front estimate was accurate without surprises at work completion. The drop off and pick up experience was as you'd expect, quick and painless, and I received text message updates along the way on work progress. Likely due to labor availability, the job duration was estimated at 4-5 days, but it was completed in 3 days. A loaner was available, so it wasn't a strain either way. Great work.

Audi North Austin Service Department is by far the worst Audi Service Department I've dealt with. Today was my third time choosing them to try and get my car serviced, and again it was a disappointment. Each time you speak with someone you get a different answer, no one is ever competent in their job to give the customer the answer they need. It's everyone from the call center, advisors at the location and even the manager. Last time I shared this feedback with Mark who said he'd work on his team and seem to take the feedback, three months later the team still gives me different

I was a little surprised to see how low Audi North Austin's review ratings are, but most of them are related to the service department. I bought my Audi Q7 from them a couple of months and couldn't be happier with my car and entire purchase experience.

My sales rep was Gary Swenson, and he was probably one of the best auto sales reps I've ever worked with. Shockingly, a lot of reps don't know the cars they're selling that well, but Gary was able to answer every question we had and offered even more information about the cars we were considering. He loves cars and is certified

The service is acceptable but the follow through is not.

I needed to take my car in for a factory recall. They broke the center console and didn't mention it to me when returning the car. But when I got in the car it was obvious and they owned up to it. Said that they would have the manager get in touch with me for repairing it.

Several days later I called and nobody had told the manager but he said that he would order the part and let me know when it had come in.

Several weeks later I called and they had the part but they hadn't called or could even remember why they had ordered it

These guys are crooks. Wanted to charge me $10,000 over MSRP on a car in the lot, and $5,000 over MSRP to order something they didn't have. I contacted two other Audi dealers who both quoted me sticker price (during the pandemic shortage) and said their respective dealerships never charge over MSRP and that it's against their policy to do so.

I was ready to buy too. They literally didn't have to try and sell me or anything. I was ready to do the deal. Couldn't have asked for an easier sale. Too bad they just want to nickel and dime you instead. Looks like I'll be taking

I have moved to Austin from Chicago where I always had the most excellent service from my dealer when it came to servicing my Audi.

Tried to make an appointment with Audi north Austin but they are antiquated and their process is severely broken... causing a ton of friction to do business.

I expect more from Audi. I have made a service appointment with Audi South Austin and the difference in service is night and day.

I will see if South Austin Audi is any better after June 16th service appt.

Its about an hour out of my way, but worth it.

I experienced very bad service at Audi North Austin.

I have been getting the below indicator warning frequently (every 4th or 5th drive) in the last 4-5 months, on my 2018 Audi Q5. I left the vehicle with the Audi North Austin for a week and they returned the vehicle saying that they cannot reproduce the problem. But the issue came back again the very next time. The right indicator does not work in these cases. It is a safety hazard for me and I do not know what to do. I feel unsafe driving the car, especially when changing the lane to the right.
