Do not ever use this company. They advertise the drivers wear masks and gloves and follow Covid safety precautions for every guest. However my driver did not have either a mask or gloves and I seriously doubt the car was sanitize. This company Place my life in danger and the driver didn’t know if I had Covid and could harm him. Do not EVER use this company. They do not honor what they have on their website.

I will start with a positive note, the vehicle we were serviced in was excellent! We appreciate the comfort provided and transportation was made safely to our destinations. However, I have a some serious concerns and requested compensation.
First, we arrived at Orlando MCO on 8/14/2021 and were expecting the driver (MOHAMAD from Nairn ) to meet us in the baggage claim area as stated in emails and website. We followed all the instructions from the emails and texted the driver back at 9:57am to let him know we had disembarked from the plane and were heading to baggage claim. We looked for

Outstanding service, reasonable price, Beautiful town cars and suv's. Very professional, Julio, who picked us up from Orlando airport was very nice an helped with our bags into the limo. Ron was excellent, knew where to drop us off at the airport so we could check our bags and get our boarding passes. We were very happy , They were very attractive strong men.

We took a ride to and from the airport. When they picked us up at airport it was great communication/timing and we even got to stop for groceries. Also it was the best price point for sure. When we were getting picked up to go back to the airport however, our driver contacted me 20 minutes before saying he was going to be 30 minutes late. Then upon arriving he told us we had to stop for gas. Led to us being quite rushed in the airport. Good communication from the company though.

Customers beware of being over promised and under delivered with absolutely no customer service. When I returned their call to try and figure out what went wrong here when their driver refused to help us and stormed off the guy yelled how did I get this number?! Do yourself a favor and go with another company. They are extremely unprofessional. I called 3 times and sent multiple emails and until I posted the review no one responded. I feel bad now for the driver who had a medical condition and was assigned a pickup with heavy luggage he couldn't even lift into his car, but he should have communicated

I booked a roundtrip from the Orlando International Airport to the Hyatt Place Orlando/Lake Buena Vista FL. I needed to call them when I arrived and had my baggage in hand to find out where my driver was located. The person answered the phone and apologized for being late. The driver appeared within 15 minutes of my phone inquiry. The SUV vehicle permit # is L20-0758. The driver did not introduce himself but was holding an iPad with my name in it. Disappointing. I booked this car service because I was arriving after midnight with my children. The driver told me to get my own bags from baggage claim and go down a flight and find him in express parking, all while flooding my text with memes including one of an impatient Mickey Mouse tapping his foot (when baggage claim took longer than expected).
The SUV was nice but the service and experience was comparable to uber or lyft at best.

Wonderful experience with our round trip private transportation in a Ford Expedition! Well worth the money! Our drivers communicated well with me via text as our pick up time neared, they were on time and the car was immaculate.
We were traveling with two kids ages 4 and 10, and we arrived in Orlando at midnight so it was such a dream to be greeted by a driver and whisked away in a luxury SUV instead of having to go on a shared shuttle.
This is the way to go if you need transportation service in Orlando!

The car was a huge spacious SUV which made our ride very comfortable.
Our driver from the airport was Angel and she was great. Very friendly and helpful. She texted the night to confirm the ride which was great. I texted her once my plane was in the gate.
This car service offers car seats which I used. They also include a 15 minute supermarket run. This was such a bonus as I was able to pick up last minute things such as bread for my family's trip to Disney.

A tad late in writing this review from March 2017 but things happen. We purchased round trip transfers four our party of 5 from Orlando International to Cocoa beach arriving one day prior to our Disney Cruise.
Great service from (I don't remember the name but asked if he would be the driver picking us up on the return portion and he stated a high probability) with a nice suburban and the ride was uneventful to our Cocoa Beach hotel.

The gentleman that picked us up in the Orlando airport was easy to find since his sign was clearly displayed. He was very nice with our family's requests to turn up and down the radio! We were traveling with three little girls and he was very sweet to them by pointing out things on the road that appealed to them. We all felt safe in his van. Would definitely book with them again!

Our driver Julio was very professional in all aspects. He let us know when our flight arrived, that he was waiting for us at the Orlando Airport as scheduled. He was very patient as we met him in the baggage claim area and even when we had to spend additional and unexpected time searching for our luggage that didn't arrive! Then we had to take more of his time while we placed a complaint at the delayed baggage office.
