Having grown up in a Body Shop himself, Mark began his career in the auto repair business as a teenager and never looked back. After several years honing his skills, he soon started a family with his Wife Carol and his background includes teaching at Sheridan Vocational Technical School in Broward County then resumed his career working in large collision shops in the Miami area.
Dedication to his craft, hard work, and a driving commitment to providing high quality services to the area eventually led to opening ABC Body Shop in Ocala in 1982. While Mark is making sure the work is getting done right, Carol is making sure things run smoothly in the office.

I have had one of my vehicles repaired at ABC Body Shop and they did an outstanding job. So recently, my truck was struck by a piece of tire on the highway. The damage was not too bad, however, it is a brand new 2021 truck and thought I should fix.
I took it to ABC Body Shop and Mark took a look. To my amazement, Mark stated he could take all apart and fix for about $850, however, he suggested for me to get some touch up paint and he would touch it up for me for no cost.
You just don't see this kind of customer service as much today. I brought the truck with the touch up paint and

Excellent work! I have relied on ABC Body Shop to remove scratches, scrapes, and downright dents in the past. Their work is excellent. Scratches and dents were removed like they were never there, and the paint matched to the tee. Weather, 'wear and tear' never affected the quality of their work. The technicians are knowledge and produce a very professional outcome, got the car back in better condition.

This is the second time I've had a vehicle repaired at ABC. They do a fine job. But this time, I picked up my truck and something was missing out of my truck. I had 2 LED NFL light up cupholder coasters stolen. I called and was told they probably blew out. They weigh to much for that to happen. They have lost my trust. No concern that one of their techs stole something out of my vehicle

Oh yes. the owner Mark should definitely not be allowed to ever speak with any customer. he is rude, over bearing, offensive, and please do not disagree with him as he knows everything there is about body repair. he will insult you and kick you in the butt on your way out.
On the bright side, his shop manager, Dennis is the best.
Now about their work. definitely not the best. we had to have our work redone. We cannot in good conscious recommend this place. Have heard they do all of Ford of Ocala's body work. Yikes.

Owner of this business thinks highly of himself, called himself "a sage". Once he learned my insurance didn't cover collision and we only wanted a temporary fix so the car would be drivable he was utterly unhelpful. All we asked for was an estimate. Instead he started hounding me with questions like "Do you like living life on the edge?"
