Came and did an estimate for some kitchen remodeling on Nov. 3. Said it would be around 2-3 weeks to get the estimate back given current volume. I was totally okay with that as I know how busy things are for contractors.
5 weeks, 3 e-mails, and a phone call later, and still nothing. Very unprofessional to set expectations, fail to fulfill them, and continue to not communicate.
