The manager, Ingrid is rude! She lost my application and didn't bother putting me back on the waitinglist where I was originally at. Now I have to wait several more months to get into a place and I'm expecting a baby in 2 months! Wish I could find someone who is above her to talk to, because she is impolite and won't fix her mistake!

The new management here is awesome and all of the staff! The ladies in the office are helpful and attentive as well as the maintenance guys.

The manager Ingrid is the WORST person to work with. Someone tried to break into my daughter's apartment and SHE got charged $200 to unbend the window screens that were already bent when she moved in, and put them back up. What a joke. Harassing everyday to pay more money on a deposit that was $0. Or she'd be evicted. I think the whole company is crooked. Either that, or Ingrid's pocketing the extra money she harasses the tenants for. I wonder if the head people have ever asked themselves why there's Such a high turn over rate.
