Пshort walk to LDS Vernal Temple on center of town
👍walking/driving distances to grocery stores and convenient fast food outlets
👍 Large bathroom and counter space with two sinks, one inside and one outside the restroom. Nice for bedtime routines and a larger families
🤷♀️No prior notice of “not serving breakfast buffet” due to new rise in COVID cases. I think they used COVID as an excuse but still no communication or even a discounted room fee without the breakfast, only a coupon for a neighboring restaurant for some % off our breakfast.
😥 No email, no reminder notice

One of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed at. First, they tried to put us in a smaller room than we paid for. Then the room we did get moved to was disgusting. Mold on the toilet seat, mold on the walls, filthy carpets. Exploded soda can in the freezer. Clothing from other guests left behind. The tub drain was slow and you end up taking bath showers.
It’s a bummer because it has the potential to be a great place. The huge rooms, beautiful wood ceilings, big bathrooms with lots of counter space.

Our stay was pleasent. The rooms are nice enough. There was a mix up in the reservation and the owner really tried to make us comfortable. He was very nice. The pool was not working and there was no breakfast and the ice machine broke. If you are really wanting those things maybe call first to see if they are up and running.

The room was dirty, the floors really needed a good vacuum. I paid $115 for a night of no sleep and a very dirty room. The sofa and chairs could use a cood cleaning. I was afraid to sit on them. Apparently their standard for cleaning is a very low priority. The motel is located in the center of town so it was a great location. They need to trim the bushes by the windows on the back side of the room they scratched on the window all night like nails on a chalk board. And calling the desk to ask for assistance was a joke. Definitely will never stay there again. Would be a great place if it were cleaned

This hotel is dirty dead bugs all over the floor we also had a huge branch scraping on the window sounded like nails on a chalk board called management and they said there was nothing they could do until morning. When we checked out we were told they would discount the room. They did not discount when I called back they actually manager or owner said they would not discount anything…steer clear of this disgusting place… vernal has much better options…

We made reservations for this hotel (over other ones) based on the information available on the website-- which was all incorrect.
The seasonal pool, which is listed as open from April 15th until Nov. 4th was closed (to be open June 3rd). The workout room and indoor sauna, which is always supposed to be available, is also closed until June 3rd.
The 'free breakfast buffet' which the website displays beautiful photos of is cancelled, and doesn't look like it will be returning anytime soon.
The rooms are decent, clean enough, though the shower was lackluster (if you try to use the drain plug switch
